We’re monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus around the world.
“Safety Above All” is something we take seriously at AWTCC. We are listening to recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as we strive to help protect our customers and our team members.
Please note that our electronic delivery of your documents has not been affected and you will continue to receive approved applications the same day they are submitted.
For Chamber Printed documents that are sent to you via express mail, please note that we applying CDC and WHO recommendations to all of our team members who handle your documents. These include:
- Educating team members about the virus and sharing resources on how to keep the workplace clean
- Encouraging team members to use good hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing
- Sanitizing our office equipment with wipes regularly
- Encouraging team members to closely monitor their health and seek medical attention if they develop flu-like symptoms – Any team member who reports or displays flu-like symptoms will be asked to stay home
Special Services for Legalizations:
We are trying to keep updated as embassies and consulates determine what is best for their situation. Processing times for legalized documents will more than likely be affected. Some documents go to multiple agencies for approval and this will most certainly lengthen the time it takes to get completed documents. We recommend that you apply for legalization as early in the process as possible so that you can get documents back in the time needed. We will do our best to facilitate the process as quickly as possible.
