Vietnam joins Hague Apostille Convention

Big news for 2026 - on July 31, 2025 Vietnam became the latest country to become a contracting party to the Hague Apostille Convention. This means that effective September 11, 2026, documents for Vietnam will no longer require Embassy Legalization. This will greatly streamline and standardize the authentication process for documents intended for use in Vietnam, and our team looks forward to simplifying it for US exporters and freight forwarders.
