AWTCC is monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 around the world.
Precautions are heavily regarded as we are listening to recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.
Please note that our electronic delivery of your documents has not been affected and you will continue to receive approved applications the same day they are submitted.
For Chamber Printed documents that are sent to you via express mail, please note that we applying CDC and WHO recommendations to all of our team members who handle your documents.
Special Note About Legalizations:
We are trying to keep updated as embassies and consulates determine what is best for their situation. Processing times for legalized documents will more than likely be affected. Some documents go to multiple agencies for approval and this will most certainly lengthen the time it takes to get completed documents. We recommend that you apply for legalization as early in the process as possible so that you can get documents back in the time needed. We will do our best to facilitate the process as quickly as possible.
Enclosed: Please find your legalized documents processed by American World Trade Chamber of Commerce took longer than usual for processing, as consulates, embassies and government agencies are, during the COVID-19 lockdown period, not accepting in-person document presentations from our embassy team. AWTCC is working hard to ensure the fastest possible processing under the current circumstances and look forward to a return to our usual service levels as business returns to normal.
