American World Trade Chamber of Commerce

The American World Trade Chamber of Commerce – AWTCC to our friends – is an internationally recognized export certification provider accredited by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. AWTCC works with American exporters and forwarders throughout the world, and our primary goal is to support and promote U.S. exports and U.S.-based exporting companies.

Services

The AWTCC is a documentation provider for American exporters – we issue Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Free Sale, and certify documents including Commercial Invoices, Manufacturer’s Declarations, Agent and Distributor documentation, Health Certificates GMP Certificates and numerous other legal documents related to international trade. We have built relationships with foreign embassies and consulates, as well as the U.S. Department of State to strengthen our legalization process, and process over one hundred thousand certified and legalized documents every year.

We also support American exporters through a number of programs, including export training, overseas buyer identification, business travel visas, and more. Although we support American products, we support American exporters no matter where they source their goods. Many exporters are multinational corporations that deal with products made around the world. We have the tools and resources to support American companies wherever they are. Finally, we support a large number of foreign companies with operations in the United States.

Partnerships

The AWTCC has a rich partnership network and develops relationships within the industry through our affinity and partnership programs. Our partners include major freight forwarders, international trade software companies, and international service companies. We especially partner with local chambers of commerce throughout the United States, offering our highly specialized and technical services to their exporting members in an effective and efficient manner.

International Chamber of Commerce

The AWTCC also partners with the ICC, which is perhaps best known for its International Court of Arbitration in Paris, and publishes a wide variety of international trade rules and guidelines followed by its member countries. The ICC maintains the Certificate of Origin verification site used widely by Customs authorities, banks, and others involved in international compliance. The AWTCC participates in the ICC verification system, which means our Certificates of Origin can be easily verified online at the official ICC site.
