From Certificates of Origin, and the legalization of documents for international trade, to obtaining business travel visas and finding public procurement opportunities worldwide, the AWTCC can help you support your members as they do business around the globe. Leave the time and liability (your Directors are liable for errors in the event your Chamber issues international trade documents yourself) to us and join the growing community of Chambers of Commerce throughout the country using our Chamber Partnership Program. The American World Trade Chamber of Commerce handles responsibility for issuing export documents like Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Free Sale, or certified commercial invoices. Online Certificate of Origin Affinity Program

Provide your community with the benefit of digitally processed, internationally accredited Certificates of Origin from a team of certified experts. Our white-labeled Online Certification System (branded for your Chamber) allows us to partner with Chambers of Commerce all across the United States. The AWTCC is accredited for issuance of Certificates of Origin by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, ensuring compliance with international rules, and allowing electronic verification of our Certificates by Customs authorities worldwide. This Affinity program benefits both you and your members.

Legalization of Documents

The legalization of documents is a fundamental requirement for cross-border activities, ensuring that business documents are recognized internationally. This complex and highly technical service, involving embassies, consulates, and both state and federal agencies is now something you can offer your members.

Certificates of Free Sale

A Certificate of Free Sale (CFS) serves as a form of evidence that goods are freely sold in the United States and, by extension, are considered safe for use and consumption; often required by the governments of other countries to demonstrate that the exported products are not prohibited from sale in the U.S. While certain products, notably pharmaceuticals, require documents issued by a U.S. Government agency, in many cases, they can be issued by a Chamber. Our team understands the rules and regulations of this process.

Public Procurement Tenders

Every business day, over 50,000 new public procurement tenders are made available across the globe. Many of these are open to U.S. exporters — but all too often, companies are not aware of these opportunities. We can provide your members with a tool to identify these tenders – filtered with relevance to each company’s specific product range – thus helping them increase global sales. Imagine how happy your export members will be if you help them increase export sales!

Business Visas and urgent passport issuance

Exporters have members of staff who often travel to gain new business and service existing overseas customers. For those companies that venture a bit further afield, particularly parts of Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, a business visa is required to enter many countries. We can help, with resources to obtain required visas by having them walked through the appropriate embassy in DC. As well, for those busy travelers who suddenly realize their passport has expired, we can help get that re-issued in record time.
