We would like to draw your attention to US Government Sanctions placed on Russia on February 24, 2022.

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) within the US Department of Commerce issued a final rule effective immediately that implements a sweeping series of new export control measures under the Export Administration Regulations against Russia. More information is available at: https://www.bis.doc.gov

If the product covered by your Application to AWTCC IS NOT on the Commerce Control List, then you can log back into the system to re-submit your Application to us, and we will process it as normal.

If the product covered by your Application to AWTCC is IS on the Commerce Control List, then you will need to suspend your shipment until further notice by the US Government.

You can re-submit the application by clicking on the “Edit” link on the record on your Active Applications page when you log back in, and then clicking the orange submit button.
