Special Requirements

While Oman acceded to the Hague Convention on Apostilles on May 12, 2011, the Government of Oman, effective March 23, 2021, has opted out of the provisions of the Convention as regards commercial and business-related customs documents, whatever their type, origin, or value. Therefore Commercial, Corporate, and Government-issued business-related documents are subject to Embassy Legalization.
